The world is still mourning the loss of Afeni Shakur: Black Panther, activist, philanthropist, and mother of TuPac. Earlier today (May 5), Pac affiliate DJ King Assassin shared the original demo of what would eventually become the smash hit “Dear Mama.” This original demo features vocal samples from both Lench Mob member/Ice Cube cohort Yo-Yo and Richard Pryor, which as Assassin explained to TMZ, were taken off for the commercial drop.
